Flow Vinyasa Yoga with Anja

Feel the waves in your body! This colourful practice can be a great way to release tension and soreness in your muscles, especially after several dance sessions, or just to warm up your body smoothly for the next dance! As you flow through these movements, you'll be encouraged to synchronize your breath consciously with your movements. In some moments we are waving around like the ocean! So be prepared to flow through this practice!
